Been thinking of starting your own podcast, but too overwhelmed? Have a pod idea, but not sure what the next steps are? Join Stanford in Entertainment on Monday, May 13th, from 7-8pm PT on Zoom for a moderated panel to get all your burning podcast questions answered! We will have three podcasters who cover topics spanning from celebrities, television, and dating with designated time for Q&A.
Panelists:
Aricia Skidmore-Williams hosts the award-winning podcast Even the Rich (Wondery), as well as the daily podcast Rich and Daily (Wondery) and Even the Royals (Wondery), for which she received the Gracie Award for Best Co-Host/Ensemble in 2022.
Siena Jeakle hosts Tossed Popcorn (iHeartRadio) with fellow alumni Lianna Holston. Tossed Popcorn is now on Season 3, and it’s a comedic, anti-intellectual film podcast for people who don’t know anything about movies. Its goal is to fight against “you haven’t seen it??” culture and to point out how “great” cinema can be overrated, problematic, and extremely silly.
Caroline Doyle hosts Ok Stupid with fellow alumni Kob. The duo also records live shows and has an upcoming performance on May 3rd at Union Hall in NYC.
